Our small holiday complex ‘Casa del Sol’ is in San Juan de los Terreros, 10 km south of Aquilas (Murcia) and 100 km north of Almeria. This means that we are situated close to the Murcia/Andalucia border on the Costa Calida which averages 324 days of sunshine per year and is perfect for all seasons. Even during the winter the climate is normally very mild, although it does become colder at night. Our apartments, however, are equipped with heating should this become necessary. You will be pleasantly surprised by our special all inclusive rates for the winter months.

San Juan de los Terreros itself is a small, quiet resort, the peak periods of July and August apart. The lovely sandy beach is only 300m from the apartments and is especially suitable for children of all ages.
